Sighting: Eagle, Idaho

We were in our car, stopped at a vacant lot and this bright beautiful yellow bird was playing in the tree; singing so beautifully. I wasn't able to capture a great picture so it took some time to identify him. It was so exciting when I could say for certain this was the bird we saw yesterday.
Be like the bird, who
Halting in his flight
On limb too slight
Feels it give way beneath him,
Yet sings
Knowing he hath wings.
